Warba-licious New Nugget Potatoes

Ingredients
  1. 1.5 lbs BCfresh Warba New Nugget Potatoes (680g)
  2. 2 tbsp olive oil (30ml) or butter
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Add nuggets to saucepan and cover with cold water
  2. Cut nuggets in half if they are too large to minimize cooking time
  3. Bring to a boil on high then reduce heat to medium-high
  4. Boil until fork tender, approximately 10 minutes
  5. Carefully drain water
  6. Toss potatoes with butter/olive oil and season to taste

    My bf picked these up . They have black marks all over them is thst normal

    1. I'm sorry you had such a disappointing experience. Warba new potatoes don't have a skin so we recommend they be kept refrigerated at the store and at home.Black spots seem to incidate temperature abuse, likely at the store. When you get them home we recommend cooking the entire bag for your meal and then use the rest cold or pan-fry for breakfast.Please email us your mailing address at info [at] bcfresh [dot] ca and we will send you a little something.
