By substituting yogurt in place of the traditional mayonnaise you create a unique flavour that is sure to become a favourite at your next picnic! Quick and easy! You can even use leftover boiled potatoes for a quick side dish.

Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 pounds BCfresh small red potatoes, boiled and quartered
  2. 2/3 cup plain yogurt
  3. 1/3 cup sour cream
  4. 1 cup chopped celery
  5. 1/2 cup sliced Kalamata olives
  6. 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  7. 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  8. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  9. Salt and pepper
