BCfresh green onions boast a sturdy, white base crowned by a petite, rounded bulb, complemented by vibrant, crisp green tops.

Local BCfresh green onions are available July through August.

  • Garnishes for salads, salsas, soups or stews.
  • Chopped and tossed in pasta, rice or omelets.
To best maintain the freshness of the green onions, place them a jar or glass of water root-side down in the refrigerator.
