Air Fried Recipe – Quick Method

With just a handful of Kennebec potatoes and a few basic ingredients you can have fresh-cut fries without the mess and clean-up of classic deep-fried fries.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb BCfresh Kennebec potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  •  Preheat air-fryer to 380℉
  • Wash potatoes and cut into even ¼-inch sticks leaving the skin on
  • Rinse the fries in cold water and pat dry.
  • Place fries in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil, toss to coat. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the fries and toss again.
  • Transfer the fries to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Toss the fries and cook for an additional 6-10 minutes, until the fries are golden and crispy.
  • Serve warm with your favourite dipping sauce

Notes

This recipe was tested using a 6-quart air fryer. For a smaller air fryer, cook in 2 batches – once both batches are fully cooked return them all at once to the air fryer for 2 minutes to warm before serving.
